Founder & CEO
Elder Tommie S. Eiland, III is currently residing in the beautiful city of Chicago. A graduate of Bryant Stratton College; he is currently a member of the New Christian Life House of Prayer & Faith M.B. Church on the southside of Chicago.
A member for serveral years now, he currently serves in the following capacities:
Ministerial Board, Executive Board, Youth Pastor, Church Financial Secretary.
Outside of his regular ministry obligations, he is also an affiliate of the following organizations and associations: Progressive National Baptist Convention, serving as Recording Secretary for the Young Adult Men's Department. PNBC Mid-West Region, 2nd Vice-President, Young Adult Men's Department. The Baptist State Convention of Illinois, Financial Secretary. The Bethlehem Baptist District Association of Chicago and Vicinity, 1st Vice-President.
With a deeper yearning to answer to the call, September of 2003, again the Lord deposited into his spirit a work to carry out, and thus The Kerygma-Koinonia Ministries was founded.

The Birth of KK Ministries...
After many years of working in the various organizations and much of kingdom building and field work being neglected, half done, or simply ignored, I found myself frustrated, and quite annoyed in the fact that people who have so much to say about God, and depend on him so much have such small expectations on what God can do with us, for us and through us. After currently running into another glass wall again, I found myself crying out to God for some answers and He not only gave me an answer but an exit...
In the Book of Genesis verse 31 says; That the Lord saw that Leah was unloved, and he opened her womb. God saw her situation and responded to her situation. God saw that Leah was unloved and whenever any of Gods children are not loved God sees it. Whenever you and I have been mistreated by someone we love who wont love us back, God sees it. God saw Leah’s pain. God saw how much and how deeply she loved Jacob and God saw how much Jacob used Leah and when God saw the disparity, God did something about it. The text said that when GOD saw Leahs condition, he opened her womb that is God created the capacity for her to create life out of her pain! And thats what God does to any of us who love folks who wont love us back. God gives you and me the capacity to create life while we are yet in our pain. If you are hurting because youve been mistreated; God will allow you to give birth out of your pain. And I just don’t mean babies either. God gives visions and dreams and goals and ideas and energy while we are yet in our pain! The truth is that God uses the pain that others cause us to become the semen of a great future.
And what you and I need to learn is how to turn the pain that others cause us into a testimony of what God can do for us.
